The New Body Personal Training offers 30min 1-on-1 private training sessions. These sessions are designed to be “all about you” with the program of exercises always relating to your health and fitness goal.
When Lucy trains someone, she devotes herself 100% to make sure the desired goals like weight loss, muscle gain, fitness, toning etc, are met. She is so passionate about fitness that her work is her hobby and she enjoys nothing more than seeing people reach their goals and transform their lives.
All sessions are located in the beautiful edge water estate Maribyrnong, inside or outside “your choice” Lucy is looking forward to training, inspiring and guiding you on your journey to a healthy new you!
Each workout is based on scientific exercise progression and sound physiological principles. Within weeks, you’ll notice a difference in your strength, your energy, and your overall fitness level.
